Sofia Monteiro: I wanted to photograph what I felt Pause meant to me. In my opinion, it is all about
combining all of the elements that represent being out of the office and have that Friday feeling.
The idea behind using an office worker throwing papers in the air symbolise freedom and being
totally worry free. This is what Pause encourages office workers to do.
"I work in a office five days per week, and at times it is very hard to disconnect from the hustle of my workplace. I find Pause as a reminder to relax and take breaks during my working hours.”
