1-minute breakfast ideas: Apple-pie porridge

How to cook... the PAUSE way

Ingredients:


  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 apple diced

  • Few dashes of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts


Instructions:


  1. Place oats and water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in egg whites. Place back in the microwave for 1 minute.

  3. Stir in apples and cinnamon. Transfer to a cool bowl. Top with walnuts and enjoy!
