It’s time for you to fit walking into your daily routine

Walking. In principle, it sounds like a basic and ordinary movement. But, it actually has the power to do much more for your body. Walking improves your health and wellbeing in more ways than you could imagine.
With World Health Day coming up on the 7th of April, it is time for you to cut-back on driving and using public transport and instead integrate walking into your daily routine.
The benefits are endless; walking more frequently and getting 10,000 steps a day was one of the best decisions I made in my life.
Nowadays, my mind feels clearer, I am exploring places that I have never visited before and most importantly I am healthier and more active in my day-to-day life.
Thankfully, I am not the only one to reap these benefits. According to The Ramblers, the largest walkers' rights organisation in Great Britain, members have reported that walking has helped reduce stress, manage weight, and boost their immune system.
You too can experience these benefits; all it takes is putting on your best footwear and going out for a stroll.
